Church Record Sheets
Church record sheets are used quarterly to help churches keep track of church offerings. Record sheets are available in packages of 300 sheets.
- Church record sheets measure 14” wide x 8½” high
- Church record sheets are printed in duplicate using non-carbon copy paper, or NCR paper, a biodegradable, stain-free alternative to carbon paper.
- A special-sized binder to store the church record sheets is available upon request at a small, added cost.

Official Church Receipt Forms
Official church receipt forms help churches and parishioners keep track of church offerings. The minimum order is 300 sheets.
- Each official church receipt form measures 8 ½” wide x 11″ high, with 3 receipts per form/sheet.
- Official church receipt forms are printed in triplicate using non-carbon copy paper, or NCR paper, a biodegradable, stain-free alternative to carbon paper.
- These sheets will fit in a regular 8 ½” wide x 11″ high binder that can be purchased at an office supply store.

Blank Geminon Sheets
For printing out your own Geminon income tax receipts, Post Church Envelopes offers official receipt perforated paper. The minimum order is 500 sheets.
